為落實(shí)公司HSE培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，提高員工的安全操作技能、安全知識(shí)、加強(qiáng)員工的安全意識(shí)和安全意愿，確保2024年安全生產(chǎn)順利啟動(dòng)。公司自2月20日起至3月25日共對(duì)10個(gè)單位、部門(mén)，354人次進(jìn)行了開(kāi)工HSE培訓(xùn)。
冬休長(zhǎng)假過(guò)后，員工精神難以很快進(jìn)入狀態(tài)，此種狀態(tài)會(huì)給安全生產(chǎn)埋下隱患，快速收心，盡快擺脫“懶散狀態(tài)”，以飽滿(mǎn)的精神進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)，抓好安全管理工作成為首要任務(wù)。通過(guò)教育培訓(xùn)使員工迅速恢復(fù)工作狀態(tài)，掌握本職工作所需的安全知識(shí)和安全操作技能，增強(qiáng)事故預(yù)防和應(yīng)急處理能力。
此次安全教育培訓(xùn)采取集中和小班化，培訓(xùn)中嚴(yán)密的理論知識(shí)與典型的事故案例結(jié)合，將甲方對(duì)安全工作要求深入淺出的進(jìn)行剖析，使培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容貼近工作實(shí)際，有效提升參訓(xùn)人員的接受度和認(rèn)知度，在幫助員工盡快收心定神的同時(shí)，強(qiáng)化員工的安全責(zé)任意識(shí)，督促員工養(yǎng)成安全工作習(xí)慣，嚴(yán)防各類(lèi)事故的發(fā)生，全力以赴確保公司2024年安全生產(chǎn)工作開(kāi)好局，起好步。（文/柴吉成 圖/姚超）
In order to implement the company's HSE training plan, improve employees' safe operation skills and knowledge on safe production, strengthen employees' safety awareness and willingness, and ensure the smooth start of safe production in 2024, from February 20 to March 25, the company conducted start-up HSE training for 354 people in 10 units and departments.
After the long winter vacation, it is difficult for employees to get back to work in a proper state, which will present hidden dangers for safe production. To help employees get rid of the state of slacking off and return to work with vitality as soon as possible, safety management becomes the priority. Through education and training, employees could quickly return to work, master the safety knowledge and safe operation skills required for their positions, and enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities.
This safety education training took the forms of focused lecturing and small classes. The rigorous theoretical knowledge in the training was combined with typical accident cases to analyze client's safety work requirements in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, so that the training content was close to the actual work and effectively helped employees accept. While helping employees to concentrate on work as soon as possible, the training strengthened employees' awareness of safety responsibilities, urged them to develop safe working habits to strictly prevent the occurrence of various accidents and ensure that the company's safety production work get off to a good start.
