為加強(qiáng)公司專業(yè)技術(shù)人才交流，提升人才素質(zhì)，深入推進(jìn)培訓(xùn)方式，提高技術(shù)技能型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的能力。3月11日，公司與克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院舉行校企合作簽約儀式，共同建設(shè)產(chǎn)教融合實(shí)訓(xùn)基地。公司副總地質(zhì)師董明、克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院石油工程系主任孫新銘及相關(guān)技術(shù)及專業(yè)教師共同參加了此次簽約儀式。
會上，董明介紹了公司近況和發(fā)展方面所做的努力及取得的成績。同時感謝學(xué)院長期以來在優(yōu)秀技術(shù)人才輸送所做的各項(xiàng)工作。雙方自2009年首次合作以來，在企業(yè)人才培訓(xùn)，畢業(yè)生就業(yè)等方面開展了多方位的合作。希望今后能夠加快推進(jìn)校企合作，達(dá)到互利共贏，培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)公司需求的技能型專業(yè)人才。
雙方就石油工程相關(guān)專業(yè)進(jìn)一步校企合作產(chǎn)教融合事宜進(jìn)行了深入洽談，并簽訂產(chǎn)教融合校企合作協(xié)議書，為后續(xù)合作奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)協(xié)議內(nèi)容，雙方將在社會需求調(diào)研和設(shè)置專業(yè)、培養(yǎng)方案設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施、校企共享基地建設(shè)、實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)和頂崗實(shí)習(xí)、就業(yè)服務(wù)與指導(dǎo)、畢業(yè)生跟蹤調(diào)查、科技開發(fā)與成果推廣、在職職工繼續(xù)教育與培訓(xùn)、職業(yè)資格鑒定和“雙師素質(zhì)”教師培養(yǎng)等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行合作。通過合作，形成以社會人才需求和學(xué)生就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，以行業(yè)、企業(yè)為依托的校企合作產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的聯(lián)合辦學(xué)體制和機(jī)制，努力成為本地區(qū)本行業(yè)高級技能人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)研究、項(xiàng)目開發(fā)、信息服務(wù)與技術(shù)援助的。
